Oak Jersey’s Edward McFadyen and Jo Garnier have triumphed at the annual ICSA Jersey Awards which took place on Friday 13 September at the Royal Jersey Showground.
Edward picked up the Governance Award for his excellent work within Oak’s corporate services and funds team with particular focus being his leading role in the close of one of the largest renewable energy funds to be administered in Jersey.
Previously shortlisted for two awards in 2018, Jo scooped the Company Secretary of the Year Award in recognition of her relentless endeavour toward operational excellence and client service.
Oak’s private client team, led by Ita O’Sullivan, was also commended for its outstanding work in the industry.
The Jersey branch of ICSA is classified as a regional group of the UK member group of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators with over 300 members and 500 students. Judged by a panel of industry experts, the annual awards recognise, reward and celebrate the achievements of ICSA’s students and the value that its members deliver to their organisations.
