PraxisIFM has strengthened the senior management team in its Jersey Trust office with the appointment of Barbara McDonald as operations director and Jade Fellowes as senior manager.
Mrs McDonald is responsible for overseeing the entire day-to-day operations of the company including internal audit, data protection and operational systems.
With over 35 years’ experience in the finance industry in both Jersey and the Caribbean, Mrs McDonald has held senior roles in organisations, initially specialising in the administration of trust and company structures for high net worth private clients. She subsequently transferred to roles in risk management, corporate governance and latterly, operations and during that time held a number of principal person or key person roles.

Jade Fellowes has been appointed to head up one of the private client teams and also assist with new business. She has more than 10 years’ experience specialising in corporate restructuring, transaction management and real estate for a broad range of clients and structures.
In her new role, Miss Fellowes will manage a team responsible for the administration of a variety of structures including trust, corporate and family office.
