Offshore law firm Carey Olsen has welcomed corporate and funds lawyer Andrew Tually back to itsSingapore office.
Andrew began working in the firm’s Guernsey office in 2007 before relocating to Carey Olsen in Singapore in 2017. Following a year with one of the leading commercial law firms in Australia, Andrew returns as counsel in Carey Olsen’s Singapore corporate and funds practice to provide specialist Cayman Islands and Guernsey legal advice to the firm’s growing Asia client base.
Andrew has over 12 years’ experience in connection with the structuring, formation and provision of ongoing advice to open-ended and closed-ended collective investment schemes,including private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds and hedge funds. He has also advised upon significant and high value transactions, including court-sanctioned schemes of arrangement, group restructures and migrations. He advises a wide range of fund managers across Asia and Europe.
