La Mare Wine Estate were in London this week showcasing ‘a taste of Jersey’ to some of the top national and international buyers in the food and drink industry.
The Estate hosted a stand at The International Food & Drink Event (IFE) at ExCel in London’s Docklands, where they presented a range of best-selling products, as well as the latest addition to the drinks range, Pink Jersey Royal Gin.
The last IFE event in 2017 attracted 27,000 attendees from 111 countries. It was a great opportunity for La Mare to do business with top retailers, foodservice buyers, wholesalers, distributors, importers, exporters and manufacturers.
Discussing the 2019 IFE event, La Mare’s Managing Director Tim Crowley said: “As the La Mare Estate brands continue to grow, we see IFE as a great platform to promote our Taste of Jersey range of products to both a national and international audience. Jersey is the most southerly point in the British Isles and continues to produce a fantastic range of premium quality products.”
Tim and the La Mare team also used the event to showcase the Estate’s award-winning Jersey Black Butter. Along with this flagship product they promoted the range of luxury handmade chocolates produced on site, including those with a Jersey salted caramel filling and a selection flavoured with Jersey Royal Gin, and of course no La Mare offering would be complete without its iconic Jersey Apple Brandy Cream Liqueur.
