A research programme focused on heart failure, an AI-supported approach to policing and a ‘digital twin’ management system for a local distillery were among the winners of the 8th Annual Jersey TechAwards last week.
Organised by Digital Jersey, the Awards took place on Friday 16 October at the Jersey Showground and were the biggest and most competitive yet, with over 500 attendees and a 70% increase in nominations compared to last year.

Denis Philippe, CTO, EWG said: “As headline sponsor, EWG was proud to once again support the Jersey TechAwards this year, with the shortlist and winners reflecting the digital talent we are fortunate to have here in Jersey. The Awards are a celebration of how innovation, ambition and collaboration can come together to make a significant impact across all areas of our community, and those are values that align with our own vision at EWG too. Our congratulations to all the winners this year.”
Tony Moretta, CEO, Digital Jersey, said: “These awards celebrate the ideas and ambition shaping Jersey’s digital future. Research estimates that our digital sector generated £415 million in direct economic value in 2024 and supported more than 4,000 jobs. Behind those figures are businesses creating opportunities and people finding new ways to solve problems. Congratulations to everyone recognised this year. Their achievements show why digital matters both as an economic sector in its own right and as a force for positive change across island life.”
