BDO has welcomed a new cohort of trainees to its Channel Islands team, with recruits joining both the Guernsey and Jersey offices.
In Guernsey, Ted Wakeham has joined the Tax department as a Tax Trainee, while Joseph Callery, Jimmy Montgomery, Kaden Leadbeater, Reuben Bellis, Tadiwa Guvamatanga and William Hemans have joined the Audit team as Audit Trainees and Associates.
The new recruits will gain hands-on experience working with clients while studying towards professional qualifications, supported by structured training, mentoring and career development opportunities. Through a combination of practical experience and technical learning, they will build the skills needed for a successful and rewarding career in the profession.

In Jersey, Charles Villaret, Finlay Triggle, Oscar Sanders, Ruby Butler, Samuel Ashley and Matilda Phillips have joined the Audit team as Audit Associates. The new starters will benefit from BDO’s commitment to developing future talent, combining professional studies with real-world client experience from the outset.
