Suntera has appointed Gemma Qin to the role of Global Integration Director.
In her new role, Gemma (pictured) will lead and coordinate Suntera’s global integration activities. Based in the UK, she will work closely with teams across Suntera’s global network and business functions to ensure people, processes and infrastructure are all successfully integrated in line with its ambitions and values.
With 12 years’ experience working with senior executives, boards and investors across multiple industries in the US and UK, Gemma brings particular expertise in post-merger integration, synergy planning and management, operating model design and implementation, finance transformation and technology implementation.
Over a career based across New York and London, she has previously worked at one of the Big Four accountancy firms, a major global law firm, as well as an independent consultant, focused on supporting successful change and business growth for both blue chip corporations and private equity portfolio companies.
Commenting on her appointment, Gemma said: “Suntera has a clear ambition to grow both organically and through strategic acquisitions, and the quality and pace of its recent expansion create an exciting opportunity to build on that momentum.
