Integritas Wealth Partners has appointed Paul Raphael as Senior Wealth Partner.
Paul (pictured) joined Integritas in July 2026, bringing extensive experience advising private clients on investments, financial planning and the management of their wealth.
Having spent significant periods of his career in both Jersey and London with UBS and Coutts, Paul has worked with private clients based around the world, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions about their financial futures.
His approach begins with developing a thorough understanding of each client’s current circumstances, priorities and future needs. From there, Paul provides carefully considered recommendations, supported by regular reviews to help ensure each client’s financial arrangements continue to reflect their objectives as their circumstances evolve.
Paul is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
Edward Loader, Managing Director, Integritas Wealth Partners commented: “Paul is a significant appointment for Integritas and we are delighted to welcome someone of his experience and calibre to the team. His career with two of the most respected names in wealth management speaks for itself, but just as importantly, his approach is closely aligned with our own.
“Paul takes the time to understand what truly matters to each client before recommending a course of action. He brings considerable knowledge, sound judgement and a genuine commitment to building lasting client relationships. His appointment is another important step in the continued growth of Integritas and the depth of expertise we can offer our clients.”
Raphael said: “I am very pleased to be joining Integritas at such an exciting stage in the firm’s development. The business has built a strong reputation for providing personal, considered advice and placing the needs of its clients at the centre of everything it does.
“I look forward to drawing on my experience to support both new and existing clients, helping them bring greater clarity and structure to their financial plans and remain focused on their long term goals.”
