Le Gallais & Luce has appointed Eleanor Colley as Senior Associate in its Dispute Resolution department.
An Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey, Eleanor (pictured) was admitted as an Écrivain in 2017 and called as an Advocate in 2021. She brings broad litigation experience, with a particular specialism in commercial disputes and insolvency. Prior to joining Le Gallais & Luce, Eleanor worked as a Senior Associate at a top-tier boutique law firm in Jersey, where she advised on cross-border matters.
Eleanor has a comprehensive litigation background, having previously acted in high-value personal injury claims and complex clinical negligence cases, as well as general civil litigation representing both corporate and high-net-worth clients. Her cross-border expertise and depth of experience across dispute resolution make her a significant addition to the firm’s litigation practice.
Matthew Godden, Partner, said: “Eleanor is an outstanding lawyer whose experience and reputation speak for themselves. Her expertise in complex commercial disputes and insolvency matters, together with her significant cross-border litigation experience, will further enhance the strength of our dispute resolution team.”
