Two members of Saffery Trust’s Guernsey team have been named in the 2026 eprivateclient Crown Dependencies NextGen Leaders list.

Lily Simmons and Rhiannon Pollmer (shown in the main picture), both Assistant Managers at Saffery Trust, have been recognised in the annual listing, which highlights rising stars within the private client advisory sector across Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man.

The eprivateclient Crown Dependencies NextGen Leaders list celebrates standout young professionals helping to shape the future of the private client industry. The category is open to practitioners with up to 15 years’ industry experience, including those working in private client tax, trusts, dispute resolution, family law, accountancy and trustee services.

Lily’s inclusion reflects her continued career progression, technical commitment and contribution to the wider private client sector. In 2023, Lily was named the highest scoring individual in Guernsey for the STEP Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Private Wealth Advice, following her decision to continue her studies beyond the core STEP diploma, she subsequently went on to complete the MSc in Law and Private Wealth Advice with distinction through The University of Law, further demonstrating her commitment to technical excellence and professional development.

Rhiannon’s recognition reflects her growing reputation within Saffery Trust and the wider fiduciary sector. As an Assistant Manager and DipICSA-qualified professional, she works closely with clients and advisors, helping to administer and oversee complex trust and corporate structures across multiple jurisdictions.

She has played a key role in significant restructuring projects and has led and supported client onboarding work, including the transition of substantial and complex fiduciary structures.

Both are talented and dedicated professionals who bring technical ability, enthusiasm and care to their roles. Their recognition is very well deserved and reflects not only their individual achievements, but also the strength of emerging talent within our Guernsey team.”
