Mourant lawyer Alex Garner is celebrating being named as one of the 2026 eprivateclient Crown Dependencies NextGen Leaders.
Alex (pictured) is a Senior Associate within the Mourant Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Guernsey. He advises on a broad range of complex and high value commercial matters with particular experience in contentious trust issues, contractual disputes and insolvency.
In 2024, Alex was admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey, following the successful completion of his Guernsey Bar exams.
The eprivateclient Crown Dependencies NextGen Leaders list is an initiative designed to identify, recognise, promote and introduce the rising stars who play a role in shaping the global private wealth sector.
The list supersedes the eprivateclient Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35, which launched in 2018 and ran for five years. eprivateclient have evolved the initiative to now recognise practitioners in all three Crown Dependencies – Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Jersey, to create the Crown Dependencies NextGen Leaders list.
