8-year-old Arabella (Bella) Rose Remfrey has raised close to £600 taking part in this year’s Rock to Rocque challenge making her the biggest single fundraiser for this year’s event.
She cycled the shorter 9-mile course with her Dad last year and pledged to do the full course in 2026 and raise as much money as she could!
True to her word, Bella completed the course raising £570 for Les Bourgs Hospice. Bella, who’s in year 3 at Beechwood, loves to cycle and mum Rachel and Dad Ben are very proud of her for raising so much for such a worthy cause. They’re also very grateful to all the family and friends who sponsored Bella, supporting Les Bourgs Hospice at the same time.
Overall, 332 people took part in this year’s Rock to Rocque, raising more than £8,000 for the charity.
Huge thanks go to all the volunteers, marshalls, St John Ambulance, Wheels For You and sponsors Zedra for making it possible.
