Resolution IT has rebranded as Zenzero, bringing its Jersey and Guernsey operations under the wider Zenzero technology group.
The company officially adopted the Zenzero brand on 25 May, joining a group with more than 800 employees and operations across the UK, Channel Islands and Dubai. More than 75 staff are based across the Channel Islands.
The rebrand follows Resolution IT’s integration into the wider Zenzero business. The company said there will be no changes to local teams or day-to-day client relationships, with Steve Brehaut continuing to lead the Channel Islands business alongside Executive Director Olly Duquemin.
Olly Duquemin said: “Rebranding as Zenzero marks an important milestone in our journey. It gives us an even stronger platform to help organisations across Jersey navigate an increasingly complex technology landscape, while creating exciting opportunities for our people and the future growth of the business.”
Speaking about the wider transition, he added: “This is a proud moment for our team and a genuinely exciting one for our clients. Becoming Zenzero gives us access to a depth of expertise and breadth of services that simply wouldn’t have been possible on our own.”
Steve Brehaut said clients could expect continuity despite the change in name.
“Our clients in Jersey can be confident that this is business as usual, with the same local team, trusted relationships and commitment to service they have always relied on,” he said.
Speaking about the Guernsey business, he added: “I want our clients in Guernsey to know that everything they value about working with us, the people, the responsiveness and the personal service is still here. The name changes on 25 May 2026, but our commitment to Guernsey does not.”
Group Chief Executive Michael Bateman said the move would provide Channel Islands clients with access to a broader range of resources while retaining local support.
“The transition to Zenzero Channel Islands & Dubai marks an exciting new chapter for our Jersey business,” he said.
He added: “As part of Zenzero, clients will continue to benefit from the same local expertise and support, while gaining access to a broader range of capabilities, resources and specialist services.”
