Fairway has been awarded the prestigious STEP Gold Employer Partner accreditation.
The accreditation recognises organisations that demonstrate a structured approach to employee development, including support for professional qualifications, career progression and ongoing learning. Gold status is awarded to firms that meet a higher standard across these areas.
Fairway said its accreditation reflects a range of initiatives aimed at supporting employees throughout their careers, including its Promise Programme, which combines professional and personal development with performance objectives.
The firm also highlighted its Management Development Accreditation Programme, which is designed to support leadership development and provide managers with practical skills and knowledge to support their teams.
