Andium Homes has published its 2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements, outlining housing delivery, financial performance and activity over the past year.
During 2025, the organisation delivered 363 new affordable homes and entered 583 new tenancies. It now manages more than 5,100 homes, housing over 10,000 Islanders.
Through its Homebuy Scheme, which enables first-time buyers to purchase a property at 75% of its value without a deposit, 154 buyers accessed home ownership during the year.
As a not-for-profit social housing provider, Andium reported a £28.7 million return to Government. It invested £97 million in development and regeneration, £18 million in repairs and maintenance, and £1 million in community initiatives.
A further 527 homes are under construction or in contract, including 245 family houses.
The report also marks the first year in the role for Chief Executive Lindsay Wood.
Lindsay Wood (pictured) said: “2025 was an outstanding year for Andium Homes and one I am incredibly proud to reflect on, not just because of our new development and stable financial performance, but because of the real difference those outcomes are making to people’s lives.
“We provided homes, stability and opportunity to more Islanders than ever before, strengthened communities, and continued to operate as a resilient, well‐run business in a challenging economic environment. I feel privileged to lead an organisation that cares so deeply about the Island, works collaboratively with partners, and remains relentlessly focused on doing the right thing for our clients and communities.”
