Investec Bank has announced the appointment of Hollie Sleigh as Head of Offshore Real Estate Lending.

In this role, Hollie (pictured) will lead a team providing high-net-worth clients, family offices and privately owned corporates considering real estate opportunities in the Crown Dependencies and the UK with tailored property financing solutions.

Hollie will support Crown Dependencies-based clients investing locally or accessing the UK real estate market, as well as UK-based high-net-worth clients investing in the Channel Islands.

Hollie grew up in the Channel Islands and worked there for 12 years, including 5 years at Investec Bank (Channel Islands) Limited before joining Investec’s Corporate Real Estate team in London three years ago. Her appointment combines local roots with onshore and offshore experience, supporting clients whose lives and investments often span more than one market.

Hollie will work closely with the team at Investec Bank (Channel Islands) Limited, including Emily Dawson, Head of Private Banking, Andy Smith, Head of Financial Intermediaries, and the wider Private Client team across Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man.

Jane Niles, Chief Executive Officer of Investec Bank (Channel Islands) Limited, said: “Hollie’s appointment strengthens our real estate proposition in the Crown Dependencies and enhances the expertise and experience we bring to clients who are looking to invest in, or structure their investments via, these jurisdictions. Our clients will benefit from Hollie’s deep local understanding and valuable Real Estate experience, having worked as a key member of our London team and our offshore team, leveraging close understanding of complex cross-border structures.”

Hollie Sleigh, Head of Offshore Real Estate Lending, Investec Channel Islands, said: “As someone who grew up in the islands and spent 12 years working there, I understand the local markets and the important role our Crown Dependencies play for internationally mobile clients. Over eight years with the Investec Group, I’ve gained invaluable real estate lending experience. I’m honoured to lead a team of experienced lenders and to work with our Private Banking colleagues in the Channel Islands as we bring together onshore real estate expertise with offshore private banking and corporate structuring capability to help clients create enduring worth.”
