The International Stock Exchange’s Head of Jersey Office, Kay McCarthy, has won a gold award at the 2026 Citywealth Powerwomen Awards International for the category ‘Woman of the Year – Government, Regulatory and Not-for-Profit Organisations.’
The prestigious Citywealth Powerwomen Awards spotlights individuals and companies that support female leadership and celebrate diversity, champion women in the financial services industry and highlight the female leaders of today and tomorrow.

Ms. McCarthy is an international financial services professional with over 25 years’ of experience across stockbroking, investment management, client relationship leadership, and stock exchange services. She is a Chartered Fellow of CISI, a Chartered Wealth Manager, and a Member of the Institute of Directors.
