A new business brokerage has been launched in Jersey, to facilitate introductions between buyers and sellers of businesses.
BusinessHub is a collaboration between Andrew Pinel, an Advocate with 26 years’ experience of advising on business sales and Emma Harper, an entrepreneur, business owner and bookkeeper. Together, they combine legal and accounting experience.
Andrew said: “BusinessHub is a project that I have had in mind for many years, but in Emma, I found the right partner to take it forward. We hope to add real value to sales, not just through experience, but through our professional processes.”
Emma said: “We built this business around what owners actually need, namely clarity, professionalism, and proactive communication. Selling a business is one of the most significant decisions an entrepreneur makes, and it deserves a structured, thoughtful approach.”
