Bank Aston has confirmed a strategic collaboration with Oracle to deliver its full technology stack ahead of its planned launch later this year.
Under the agreement, Oracle will provide the bank’s core platform covering payments, accounts, cash management and back office treasury, alongside multi channel connectivity for clients.
The platform will support Bank Aston’s plans to provide banking services to institutions operating in international financial centres.
Bank Aston was licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission in June 2025 and is targeting completion of its build phase ahead of a planned launch in summer 2026.
“From day one we wanted a best-in-class, end-to-end platform rather than stitching together multiple vendors,” said Paul Gorman (pictured), the CEO of Bank Aston. “We chose Oracle because it provides a single, functionally-rich, integrated stack that enables us to support clients with fast onboarding, resilient payments and deep connectivity.”
