The Policy Centre Jersey has announced the appointment of Jenny Bevis as its new Director.

Jenny (pictured) has wide ranging experience in policy and regulatory issues, including within the Government of Jersey.  She has also led strategic review projects for both Governments of Jersey and Guernsey.

Commenting on the appointment, Alan Merry, Chair of the Policy Centre, said: “We are delighted that Jenny is joining the Policy Centre team as Director.  The Centre has gone from strength to strength over the past year and is now widely recognised as making a significant contribution to improving the understanding of the many policy issues in the Island for the benefit of islanders.

“Jenny has exactly the right combination of expertise and experience to further develop the Island’s independent think tank as a key part of the Island’s public policy infrastructure.”

Jenny Bevis commented: “I am delighted to be joining the Policy Centre as Director. The role is a natural fit, bringing together my strategic leadership experience and passion for research. I am excited to contribute to the informed, evidence-based work of the Policy Centre and look forward to working with the team and its stakeholders to further strengthen the Centre’s sustainability, impact and reputation for trusted, high-quality analysis.”
