The Jersey Hospitality Association has announced the launch of its Chefs Club.
The club is a new initiative designed to bring chefs together to share knowledge, exchange ideas and build stronger professional networks within Jersey’s hospitality sector.
The Jersey Hospitality Association (JHA) operates several forums for sub-sectors within the industry. These meet on a regular basis to discuss issues affecting businesses within hospitality.

The JHA Chefs Club will be led by Andrew Baird, Executive Head Chef at Longueville Manor. Designed as a relaxed, supportive and collaborative space, the Chefs Club will provide opportunities for chefs at all stages of their careers, from trainees to experienced head chefs, to learn from one another and engage in open discussion about the challenges and opportunities shaping the industry.
Andrew Baird said: “Jersey has an incredibly talented and diverse chef community, and the Chefs Club is a wonderful opportunity for us to come together, share ideas and support one another. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience, there is always something to learn and something to give. I’m really looking forward to seeing this group grow and to helping create a space where chefs can collaborate, inspire each other and continue raising the standard of hospitality across the island.”
