Boston Multi Family Office has announced the promotion of Matthew Rawnsley-Gurd to the role of Head of Compliance in Jersey.
Matthew (pictured) previously served as Compliance Officer, Money Laundering Compliance Officer, and Money Laundering Reporting Officer within the Jersey team and joined Boston following the acquisition of Aqua Group in 2025. He is a Certified Money Laundering Reporting Officer and holds a Diploma in Anti Money Laundering from the International Compliance Association.
In his new role, Matthew will continue to lead Boston’s financial crime prevention strategy.
Commenting on his appointment, Matthew said: “I am delighted to take on this new role at Boston and to continue working alongside such a talented and dedicated team. Compliance plays a critical role in supporting our clients and protecting the integrity of the business, and I look forward to building on the strong foundations already in place as we continue to enhance our compliance framework.”
