DLM Architects has appointed Joel Armorgie, who joins the practice as an Architectural Assistant.
Joel (pictured) brings valuable experience working on a range of residential and commercial projects in the Channel Islands, with a particular interest in context-led design and the careful evolution of existing buildings. His approach aligns closely with DLM’s ethos of creating architecture that is both practical and quietly distinctive, rooted in place and purpose.
David Radford, Technical Director at DLM Architects, commented: “We are thrilled to welcome Joel to the team at DLM Architects. Joel joins us as an Architectural technician, bringing 9 years experience and a fresh, creative and dynamic technical perspective to the team. Joel’s expertise in technical detailing and passion for sustainable design align perfectly with our firms ethos.”
Prior to joining DLM, Joel has contributed to a variety of local projects and developed a solid grounding in both design development and project delivery.
Joel added: “I’m really pleased to be joining DLM at such an exciting time for the practice. The studio’s focus on considered design and high-quality outcomes strongly resonates with me, and I’m looking forward to contributing to the team and continuing to develop my experience.”
