The 2019 World Aid Walk takes place on Bank Holiday Monday, 6 May, and is sponsored by Specsavers and the Sarnia Hotel group.
The World Aid Walk is a fundraising event aiming to raise as much money as possible to help tackle poverty in some of the poorest countries in the world. The beneficiary charities work with some of the poorest families and communities to help them to rise from poverty.
The 19km walk in Guernsey kicks off in Market Square at 9am.
