The International Stock Exchange has announced two promotions within its Guernsey headquarters.
Janette Crowley (pictured) was promoted to Head of Finance and Vince Ylarde was promoted to Senior Analyst in the Market Regulation Department, effective 1 January 2026.
Ms. Crowley joined TISE in September 2021, and was responsible for financial reporting, financial control and management information. A Chartered Accountant, she has more than 20 years’ experience working for international banks. Prior to TISE, Ms. Crowley worked at the Royal Bank of Canada in Guernsey following 13 years at SG Kleinwort Hambros (formerly Close) in financial control roles supporting a variety of regulated entities including banking, investment management and fiduciary companies.
Mr. Ylarde joined TISE in May 2024 as an analyst on the Market Regulation team which is responsible for the supervision and enforcement of the Listing Rules and Membership Rules that regulate the conduct of issuers and members of the exchange. Mr. Ylarde previously held analyst roles in both the Philippines and the United States across a variety of industries including real estate.
