New boutique corporate administration agency launched

Jersey-based Michael Alfano has launched a new business, Alfa Limited, specialising in corporate and private wealth administration services.

Alfa Limited’s CEO, Michael Alfano (pictured), brings over 14 years of experience to the business, primarily within the Jersey Regulatory framework, as well as from working in the global private wealth sector. He was named as a 2023 eprivateclient Channel Island NextGen Leader and most recently as a 2025 eprivateclient NextGen Leader, both within the Crown Dependencies as well as nationally. Alfano’s most recent role was as a Senior Manager for a top-tier global investor services group.

Speaking of the launch, Alfano said: “Alfa Limited aims to provide a solution to an industry-wide issue with resourcing, providing a flexible service offering to tackle the growing number of administrative vacancies. A key aim of the business will be to build close relationships with clients across the corporate and private wealth sectors. By taking a significant amount of the day-to-day processing work away from the teams, we can create the capacity they need to focus on their more critical client work while building their businesses.

“With ever-increasing regulatory requirements and scrutiny, Alfa Limited will also be able to assist with internal projects, for example, review points, client profiles and risk assessments. We’re already focusing on growing our service offering and widening our remit, so it really is an exciting time.”
