The Citywealth Global Guardians 100 list 2025 that recognises consistent excellence in private client work across law, tax, accountancy and investment management has now been published.
Each individual named has made a distinctive contribution to their field and is widely regarded for their technical skill, integrity and service to clients.
Featured amongst them is Sarah Bertram – Lora Reina, head of clients and intermediaries at IQ-EQ in Jersey. She has over three decades of experience in financial services and is Chair of the Jersey Charity Tribunal and former President of the Jersey Association of Trust Companies. “Sarah is technically excellent and has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the industry” notes one of her peers on her Citywealth Leaders List profile.

Father and son Clive and Andrew Dixon, partners at Isle of Man based accountancy firm Moore Dixon, are other remarkable professionals on the list. Clive founded the practice in 1989, now one of the largest firms of Chartered Accountants on the Island. Andrew joined the firm in 2010 and his primary responsibility is the Assurance, Advisory and Consulting departments.
“A true professional with client needs always his focus” notes a peer reviewer on Clive’s Citywealth Leaders List profile, while his son is praised as a partner by another for “his great professional approach”.
