HFL has announced senior leadership appointments, with a new Deputy Managing Director and Executive Director.
Marina Mauger has been promoted to Deputy Managing Director and Megan Thomas to Executive Director.
Marina’s appointment recognises her exceptional contribution to HFL’s success and her leadership across its teams and clients. She brings a wealth of industry
experience and plays a central role in the operations of HFL’s private client, compliance and business support teams.
Megan has played an imperative role in HFL’s growth, leading the venture capital fund team and will now join the HFL Board, alongside Marina Mauger, Abbie
Hewlett, James Legge and Matt Westgarth-Smith. Her promotion recognises her exceptional expertise and commitment to building partnerships with HFL’s fund
clients.
