Walkers have advised global investment firm Värde Partners on the Jersey aspects of the £35m refinancing of a 1million+ square foot fulfilment centre located in Dunfermline, Scotland.
The refinancing supports the continued operation of one of the largest logistics centres in the UK and reflects Värde’s strategic investment in high-quality assets across the region.
The transaction involved Walkers working alongside Dentons, providing specialist Jersey legal support.
The Walkers team was led by Banking & Finance partner James Lydeard (pictured), who commented: “We are delighted to have supported Värde Partners on this significant refinancing transaction.
