An AI platform that understands human emotion, a fintech business that makes cross-border payments easier, and a campaign aimed at raising awareness around dementia were all amongst the winners at the 7th annual Jersey TechAwards.

Organised by Digital Jersey and with support from new headline sponsor EWG, the Awards, held last Friday (17 October) at the Royal Jersey Showground, were attended by more than 520 people making it the largest Jersey TechAwards yet. The event was hosted by acclaimed stand-up comedian Angela Barnes, with high-energy immersive entertainment experience provided by DJ Mel Fusion.

Featuring 14 categories – including a new AI Award – the Awards were judged by an independent panel of experts with the winners reflecting the high calibre of talent across Jersey’s digital sector and the wider economy.
