La Grande Mare will open the doors to its new Golf Performance Centre on Saturday 1st November.
The facility aims to bring world-class golf instruction, cutting-edge technology and ‘Always Extraordinary’ hospitality to Guernsey.
Steve Lansdown, CBE, owner of La Grande Mare, said: “The Golf Performance Centre is the start of something bigger: raising the bar for island sport, hospitality and experiences, and doing it in a way that Guernsey can be proud of. Our vision is simple – to deliver the best cutting-edge technology and expert instruction in a beautiful setting with open, pay-to-play provision so more people can enjoy and improve their game.
“This project is also about stewardship and regeneration, supporting local jobs and suppliers, enhancing the natural environment, and creating a destination that contributes to Guernsey’s economy for decades to come. The Golf Performance Centre is the first step; next comes the full course and, in time, a private Country Club with health, fitness and social spaces. We’re building a legacy with Guernsey, for Guernsey.”
