The Jersey Opera House has announced the appointment of two Non-Executive Directors to its Board, as it prepares for its re-opening this autumn.
The new board members, Cassidy Mason and Vijay Khakhria, bring a wealth of expertise in finance, hospitality, governance and strategy, that will complement the existing skills balance of the board as the charity moves into its next exciting phase.
Cassidy brings extensive strategy experience as well as being passionate about the arts and the role the Opera House plays in our community.
Vijay meanwhile is an accountant and senior finance executive with 25 years board level leadership, including in hospitality and entertainment.
Laura Robertson (pictured), Interim Chair of the Jersey Opera House, commented: “We are delighted to be welcoming Cassidy and Vijay to join the board of Jersey Opera House Limited. Their expertise and passion for the arts will be invaluable in guiding the charity forward as we work towards reopening and make an exciting step forward in our governance and strategic planning.”
