Natalie Chamberlain, who has been with LTS since it was established 7 years ago, has been promoted to Associate Director.
Natalie is a Chartered Tax Advisor and is experienced in both UK and Guernsey tax, working with high net worth clients and external trustees on all areas of tax compliance and advice. Natalie is also highly experienced in ATED and non-resident capital gains tax. In her new role Natalie will continue to manage her client portfolio and tax team but will also focus on operational aspects and development of the business.
Garth van Huyssteen has been appointed as Tax Manager.
Garth is a Chartered Tax Advisor and in his previous role was responsible for a diverse portfolio of clients including Guernsey and UK resident high net worth clients, corporate property holding structures and offshore reporting fund clients. Garth also has experience working with offshore trustees providing trust tax compliance and advisory services and is experienced in all matters relating to personal Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax whilst on the corporate and fund’s side advising on Corporation Tax, VAT and Offshore Reporting Funds.
