Fund Administration Manager
We are looking for an experienced Fund Administration Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex private capital structures, including funds and corporates.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service throughout the full lifecycle, managing a team, and ensuring accurate records, efficient workflows, and high-quality outputs. Key duties include supervising day-to-day operations, guiding the team, maintaining strong client and advisor relationships, and driving continuous improvement across processes. They will also contribute to business development, support internal projects, and play an active role in recruitment, performance reviews, and training.
The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in fund administration, including managerial and private capital expertise. Strong leadership, client management, and technical skills are essential, along with a proactive and collaborative approach.
