Blanchard Building Supplies has announced the promotion of Sharon Williams to Interim General Manager.
With a decade of experience within the NP Group, Sharon (pictured) brings a wealth of knowledge, a proactive attitude, and a clear vision for the company’s future.
Sharon joined the NP Group in January 2015 as a Purchase Ledger Supervisor and was promoted to Accounts Supervisor within six months. Sharon is instrumental in streamlining processes and uniting sales and purchase ledger teams to enhance efficiency.
“I thrive on problem-solving and improving processes. Helping others and working as a team really motivates me,” Sharon shared. “It’s rewarding to see the results of our efforts and to feel the appreciation from colleagues. Anything is possible if you really want it!”
As Interim General Manager, Sharon’s priorities include supporting the team and maintaining a focus on competitive pricing and exceptional customer service.
“We have a great team, and I look forward to working with them to achieve our goals,” she said. “Re-evaluating what we do and how we do it, while utilising our purchasing power to provide quality products, is key to delivering the best service to our customers.”
Outside of work, Sharon enjoys photography, particularly capturing the night sky and birds. She also has a telescope she hopes to use more in her free time.
