Finance Systems Manager – Drive innovation in finance systems
Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive Finance Systems Manager to lead the development and optimisation of their financial systems, including Aderant.
In this key role, you’ll take ownership of the firm’s finance systems, ensuring they operate effectively, support core finance operations, and deliver a strong user experience. From system maintenance and configuration to user training and technical enhancements, you’ll be central to shaping how Finance works smarter.
A major system upgrade is scheduled for early 2026, transitioning Aderant to its AWS-hosted Sierra platform. The successful candidate will lead this project and future system upgrades, working closely with IT and stakeholders across the business.
Proven experience managing and supporting the Aderant practice management system within a law firm or professional services environment is essential.
