Jersey Post will host this year’s Small Posts and Islands Postal Forum.

This prestigious event, which is invitation-only, is attended by CEOs and postal leaders in small jurisdictions from around the world. Mark Siviter, CEO of Jersey  Post Group, will open the Forum with a key note speech focusing on strategy and business operations.

Over 40 delegates from Barbados to the Isle of Man, and Oman to Iceland, will be attending the three day event, which will take place at the Radisson Hotel in St Helier 1st -4th April. There will be presentations, roundtable discussions and networking opportunities. Topics and discussions will focus on strategic challenges to postal systems; the rise of AI to improve customer service; optimising Post Office networks; parcel lockers; changing postal laws; and diversification ideas. Visit
Jersey will also provide an overview of the island’s history and culture.

There will be a visit to Jersey Post’s sorting office at Rue des Pres to learn more about the island’s postal operations, as well as a walking tour with Tall Tours in St Helier, led by a local expert.

Mark Siviter (pictured), CEO of Jersey Post Group, says: “It’s an honour to host the Forum. We’ve been attending since its inception and know what a valuable event it is for those of us working in smaller postal administrations. We’re all facing similar challenges, and the Forum is a good opportunity to come together and learn from each other. We’ll be covering a wide range of interesting topics, so there’ll be some good discussions. We’re also looking forward to showing delegates around our beautiful island whilst they’re here.”
