Eight team members in Fairway’s Jersey office have become the first in the firm to secure its bespoke Management Development Accreditation.
Independent Private Client, Corporate, Funds and Pension services provider, Fairway, launched the programme with specialist training consultant, Mary Curtis of Calmera, last year and has been designed specifically to increase skills and knowledge, and to assist with the implementation of management best practice and personal growth. The accreditation is recognised by The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
Team members who secured the accreditation came from all areas of the business, from manager to associate director level and include:

- Rogerio Soares, Bookkeeper, Pensions
