Jersey residents can access free health checks this spring as Care Connect, a new 24-hour nurse-on-call service from Care Hub, visits Parish Halls across the island.
Starting in March, the initiative offers quick and accessible health assessments while introducing islanders to Care Connect’s round-the-clock nursing support, helpline, and advanced emergency alarm services.
Sessions will take place from 10am – 2pm on the following dates:
- 12th March – Grouville
- 20th March – St Martin
- 21st March – Trinity
- 27th March – St Clement
- 1st April – St Ouen
- 23rd April – St Mary
- 28th April – St Peter
- 4th May – St Helier
- 19th May – St John
St Lawrence – Date TBC.
Attendees can receive free blood pressure checks, BMI assessments, heart rate & rhythm monitoring, oxygen saturation checks, blood glucose tests, and urinalysis (if requested).
