Executive Director of Technology and Data
Our client is seeking an innovative leader to head their Technology and Data team and drive the digitisation of financial services in Jersey. This is a unique opportunity to develop and implement forward-thinking strategies that enhance customer service, efficiency, and regulatory excellence.
You’ll play a pivotal role in building collaborative relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders, harnessing technology and data to improve resource allocation and service delivery. Success in this role means creating clear, impactful strategies, driving change and innovation, and leading a motivated, high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading technology and data teams, delivering transformation programmes, and engaging stakeholders at all levels. Strong strategic vision, operational expertise, and exceptional communication skills are essential. Experience in Jersey’s financial services or regulatory sectors is desirable but not essential.
