Business Controls Senior Manager – Global Operations

This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in developing and maintaining a global framework of policies, procedures, and processes that empower teams and enhance client service delivery.
You’ll be responsible for reviewing and updating policies across jurisdictions to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, leading projects to develop new services, and delivering training to ensure teams are equipped with the knowledge to succeed.
The ideal candidate will have a degree-level education or equivalent, preferably with a legal, governance, compliance, or accounting qualification. You’ll bring experience from a regulated business or a legal background advising corporate services, alongside strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and enthusiasm for leveraging technology to improve processes will set you apart in this role.
