Thousands of Sure customers in Guernsey will enjoy significant speed increases this winter when their fibre plans are upgraded free of charge.
The upgrades will start in December and be completed in January 2025.
More than 70% of Guernsey properties are now able to connect to fibre and could benefit from the speed upgrade of up to 500 Megabits per second (Mbps).
Sure is offering free speed upgrades for most existing and new fibre customers, boosting download and upload speeds by up to 500 Mbps for work, study, and entertainment. Customers don’t need to take any action; they’ll be notified when their upgrade is complete
