A Christmas Salon: Featuring Amy Bourbon, David Henley and Derek Tristram

Our final exhibition of 2024, A Christmas Salon, opens on Friday 29th November at our Sommerville House gallery spaces.

The exhibition showcases painting, sculpture and printmaking by three very talented artists in Amy Bourbon, David Henley and Derek Tristram. The common creative thread that binds them is their passion and respect for the natural environment and whilst each artist approaches their subject from a different perspective, they all seek to create aesthetic beauty from the light, colour and material richness found in the geographical and cultural region of northwestern Europe and the Duchy of Normandy.

The exhibition has been sponsored by Le Riche Fine Art Storage which is a new venture opening in the Channel Islands that provides high security, optimal conservation conditions, significant tax benefits and the full suite of professional art advisory services and we welcome Conrad Yates, Managing
Director of Le Riche Automotive Storage, who will make an opening address on the night.

Interested members of the public who are unable to attend the preview evening can visit the on weekdays from 12-6pm and on Saturdays from 10am-4pm until 23rd December.

The preview evening will take place on Friday 29th November 5pm to 8pm. We plan to make a big splash on the night so we hope you can join us for our end of year celebrations.
