Jersey Water has been shortlisted for an Investors in People award for leadership and management.
The utility is one of five companies to be chosen by the organisation that assesses companies around the world for people management, employee engagement, and workplace culture.
For this award, Investors in People also selected global accountancy firm Deloitte LLP, the UK’s largest independent travel agent Hays Travel, worldwide transport company DB Shenker, and Bleep 360 Group, a specialist recruiter for healthcare professionals.
Commenting on the shortlisting, Helier Smith (pictured), Chief Executive of Jersey Water said: “After recently retaining our silver accreditation from Investors in People for the third time since 2018, this really is an extra bonus that acknowledges the valuable work we have undertaken over the past few years to enhance our approach to leadership and management. It is certainly very welcome recognition to be shortlisted, and particularly alongside four high calibre companies.”
