Head of Revenue, offshore law firm
Our client is an offshore law firm head-quartered in the Channel Islands and operating in multiple jurisdictions. They are seeking a talented individual to take on a newly created role as head of revenue.
The company has over 1000 employees across many jurisdictions. The finance function plays a key role in driving global efficiency. The role-holder will take overall responsibility for managing the company’s working capital across the whole network of legal teams. Take responsibility for the function of billing and credit control processes. Be the single point of contact for board reviews of WIP and debt balances. Work closely with the wider finance function to provide clear and consistent financial reporting.
- Applicants should be qualified accountants having had a minimum of five years similar experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
- At least three years leading and developing billing and credit control teams.
- Be a team leader and be able to influence and guide the board in future decisions.
- Strong IT skills in Microsoft applications such as Excel.
- Lean Six Sigma or other efficiency qualification will be desirable.
The role holder can be based in any of the company’s jurisdictions but must already be a resident as there is no relocation allowance or licences available. These include the Channel Islands, UK, Luxembourg, Cayman or Hong Kong.
