Local tech accounting, tax and business advisory firm DNA has enjoyed significant growth over the last year, leading to new hires in the team.

The new recruits bring the company’s total number of employees to 15 and all are certified Xero Advisors.
Jo Penney has joined DNA as a Management Accountant. Jo brings an abundance of experience in accounting and financial management and is well-equipped to deliver exceptional service in her new role supporting outsourced clients.
Appointed as Client Manager, Amy Flude brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role, coming from a commercial finance and captive insurance background. She is extremely experienced in consolidations and all areas of financial reporting, including regulatory and group reporting.
Scarlet Bruce-Ide has been appointed as Manager, bringing a solid audit background and her qualification as an ACCA accountant with her to DNA, where she works with small-to-medium-sized businesses to achieve their growth potential through financial advice, forecasting, and efficient system setups.
As the newly appointed Office Manager, Lisa Mahy is responsible for keeping everything running smoothly at DNA, onboarding all new clients and supporting their growing office. Lisa brings exceptional organisational skills to the company, ensuring operations are seamless.
DNA is also investing in its team of bookkeepers, with Michelle Lowe taking on a role as Bookkeeper and Payroll Support. She joins with a background in accounting and HR, and is currently undertaking a range of work for their clients, including payroll, bookkeeping, and ad-hoc project work.
Alex Jenner has been with the company since 2019, and has been promoted to Senior Manager. She has a wealth of client relationship experience from the financial services and charity sectors, and owns many of DNA’s outsourced client relationships.
