Invicta Wealth Solutions is looking for charitable or community projects to support.
It is appealing for anyone looking for charitable funding to apply to Invicta’s Community Fund for support. The firm supports the Fund and plans to support local charitable efforts or projects financially.
Invicta has a long association with supporting Guernsey’s community. Having previously supported Guernsey Alzheimer’s, The Sarah Groves Foundation, Les Beaucamps School, and Guernsey Motor Neurone LBG, among others.
Jim Elliott (pictured), Invicta CEO, said: “We’ve always supported charitable causes on an ad hoc basis, and our teams have done this in various ways; however, we felt the time was right for us to form the Invicta Community Fund and focus our efforts on one charity or project during the year to have maximum impact.”
The criteria for applications are:
- Applicants must be based in Guernsey
- All funds must be spent in the island
- Charities will be required to be registered with the Association of Guernsey Charities and the Guernsey Registry
- Any contributions cannot be spent on staff, rent or the upkeep of buildings
Anyone looking to apply needs to email here, including: Name of applicant, contact details, project info, links to your charity’s website or supporting information, proof of charitable status and, most importantly, a, 100 words pitch on your project(s). Applications are open until 11 November 2024.
