C5 Alliance has announced that they have been shortlisted for the prestigious Innovation in Customer Experience category at The Véyaon Awards 2024 .
The shortlisting recognises C5 Alliance’s work with Vega, an AI-based digital HR assistant that has transformed its internal processes.
Vega integrates with C5 Alliance’s HR systems to provide chat-based interface for staff to access information, complete tasks, and receive support. Its AI capabilities allow it to interpret the intent behind queries and provide accurate, relevant responses, improving both efficiency and service quality.
