Skipton has been awarded a prestigious Top Mortgage Employer 2024 Award for the third consecutive year.
The award, which finds out which companies in the mortgage industry are getting it right with their employees, was launched by Mortgage Introducer magazine.
A top employer can encompass many things, including good benefits, resources and management, but to uncover the roots of what truly makes an organisation a wonderful place to work, it is the foundation we have to look to: its people.
To qualify for this award, organisations were invited to provide details of various practices based on metrics such has culture, benefits and employee development. Mortgage Introducer then confidentially surveyed a number of Skipton’s employees to gauge their own feedback.
Jim Coupe (pictured), Chief Executive Officer at Skipton International, was delighted with the accolade. He said: “We are extremely honoured and proud to have been recognised as a Top Mortgage Employer for the third consecutive year.
“We know our products are consistently rated highly, and feedback from our global customer base indicates our customers are more than satisfied with our offering. However, to be recognised for an award based on colleague feedback for the third consecutive year is extremely humbling.”
