Chief Commercial Officer: Are you a commercially focused senior manager with a deep understanding of ESG?
As Skipton International’s Chief Commercial Officer, based in its Guernsey head office, you will lead the implementation of the bank’s commercial strategy. Skipton International is part of the Skipton Group, which includes Skipton Building Society and the UK’s largest estate agency, Connells.
With a big focus on ESG and being a great place to work, they are a fantastic business that has grown sustainably for years and now employ circa 130 people offshore.
This opportunity is a new role on the Executive Committee. As the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead the division into a new era of growth and success. The division comprises sales (direct and indirect via brokers), Savings acquisition through channels; Mortgage and Savings product development and product management, PR, Advertising, all of which are underpinned by the Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance strategy.
Core responsibilities:
- To lead the development of a strong, commercially viable customer proposition operating within the clients
- Board Risk appetites, delivering sustainable income and growth while providing an excellent experience and outcome for the benefit of their customers.
- To lead the effective implementation of their customer proposition by deploying effective product and marketing strategies delivered through digital, branch and intermediary channels.
- Work with the Executive Committee and the Board to develop the Commercial Strategy.
- To deliver Corporate Plan customer growth and customer satisfaction.
- To lead the development of end-to-end Customer Experience.
- To lead their Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance strategy.
